In my roles at Alphametic and Cross Screen Media, I spearheaded multiple website optimization initiatives both internally and for clients.
Each website optimization project involved collaborating cross-functionally to align on our objectives and target audience for the revamp, as well as defining the appropriate positioning and messaging.
Through a blend of strategic content planning, user experience enhancements, and close coordination with internal stakeholders and external contractors, I successfully contributed to creating websites that not only attracted organic traffic but also fostered an optimal user journey, ultimately maximizing conversions.
